Patch Log - Maintenance (21st Feb 2017)

Greetings,

 

Part of today's update aims to cure the boredom that overcomes players between levels 120 and 140 due to lack of dungeons and available activities. We're hoping to solve this by re-balancing Catacombs of Anguish (Kheldor) to be an end-game dungeon, and reducing the cooldown of Kalgas Cave; this allows you to not have to freeze exp at level 135, and when you reach the point of end-game (lvl 140 - 150), you will have 3 different dungeons (with a moderate cooldown) available to farm.

 

Apart from that, we have a pretty sweet new feature that will come in handy when designing a snazzy fashion mix for your character - a simple yet super useful Item Viewer that allows you to preview NPC items to see how they look before you buy them.

 

Without further ado, here are the updates and patches for this week /catface

 

NPC shop item viewer

You can now right-click equipable items (weapons, shields, armor, fashion, etc) to preview them. Here's a small demo:

Catacombs of Anguish has been re-balanced for an end-game dungeon

Item drops from Kheldor are worthy of being end-game equipment, and so should be the dungeon itself

  • Level requirements increased from 120 - 135 to 135 - 150
  • Monster and boss HP as well as Damage has been increased to be in line with other end-game dungeon masquerpets

 

Other dungeon changes

  • Cursed Aminus max level cap increased from 120 to 121
  • Kalgas Cave cooldown reduced from 6h to 4h

 

General changes and improvements

  • +8 set glow will have its hand glow again
  • Level difference between player and monster will no longer affect the chance of dropping penya

 

Fixes

  • Fixed Guild Siege timer (should correctly show time left to the next siege)
  • Fixed Dark Illusion not applying invisibility
  • Fixed Safe Piercing not accepting Baruna items

the chance of dropping penya is now normal, but the amount of penya is still half by level difference between player and monsters.... no chance to farm as lvl 150^^ because no farm map and the lvl 149 will drop only 120k and the spawn of them are very bad...

Farm map is in development. No ETA yet, but it will happen /wink

ok nice^^ i hope it comes soon :D because its a little bit boring to farm as lvl 150^^ but we dont leave xD only because of this or something^^

Less stops. I'm liking it but to bad not home for the week.

 

That farming map should definitely be part of other top priorities. 

 

Be home on Friday night and the farming will begin /anger

i hope the farm map comes fast its very boring at the moment^^

 

maybe it give a box to drop at farmmap , this will be a little more fun to farm :D

in the box it give some medics like the footballs how gives 300atk 1hour and many more :D just a idea
